It’s freaking incredible. This is how it should be. I wish more authors wouldn’t be so afraid to kill characters. Too many books come around and especially in war – no one dies. Or worse, they come back. But this… brilliant. This is how Fae books should be

The da vinci code. I was an avid reader as a child but in the later stages of high school I was too “cool” to read lol The Da vinci code was the book that got me back into reading as an adult. I hadn’t read a book in years and then I read it in 2 days.

I not only can’t put some books down, there’s a couple (Wind Through the Keyhole and final book in the Passage series immediately come to mind) that I refuse to even start bc I know I’ll be doing nothing but devouring books when I DO start them but more importantly I don’t want the stories to end and for whatever reason feel if I hold off on the last ones, the story is carrying on somewhere indefinitely. ?

2
Reply
Mark

Still haven’t read last book to the Passage.

1
Jenifer

@Mark tell me it’s just cuz you don’t want it to end and you’ve got a friend for life ?

0
Mark

Lol…I am studying, so most my reads are course related. Got about 50 or so books to catch up on. Because it took so long for the 3rd installment to come out, it is quite a way down the list

1
Mark

My gf read it and loved it

1
Jenifer

My ex felt the same. Part of me also knows how hard it was to get into the second one bc I had forgotten so much and this I’m probably gonna have to reread the first two so I can follow the third ?

And dangit. I thought I’d made a new friend ?

1
ChristieQuestion author

I do the same! I take my time cause im scared it will end too fast lol

Souls Unfractured (Hades Hangmen #3) by Tillie Cole. If you read the series you have to start with the first book because it’s a continuing storyline even though each book deals with a new couple. I never cried so much during this series and can’t wait for book #6.
