No books per se, my request was for a Amazon card to pick my own books. Can’t wait!

Captain marvel and justice league featuring shazam

Nice! I haven’t read those ones but I’ve always been a sucker for the superhero stories

1
Jacob

Me too. I’m curious if there’s novels like them out there anywhere

“It’s Superman” by Tom De Haven is adorable and feel good in all the best Supes ways. And for a different take on super power, Brandon Sanderson’s Reckoners trilogy is fantastic.

Also, I find the urban fantasy genre in general is good for scratching that reality with twist book itch I often have that superhero stories also solve.

I use the library exclusively, but I did get a gift of a book about women who fought as soldiers in the Civil War. It looks very interesting.

I gifted Born A Crime to my brother-in-law; he started right away and that made me so happy!
Nobody gave me books this year, so I’m on the lookout for a good B&N coupon to buy myself the Hogwarts Library. ?⚡️
