I didn’t like 11/22/63 at all. Misery, Cujo, Christine, The Shining. Loads of good ones.
Misery my favourite.

The older ones. Salem’s Lot. Christine. Misery. The Shining. Newer ones like The Outsider are so watered down IMO

Always recommend Carrie. Stephen King can be a little wordy on some books so i do not know if all his books are “just can’t put it down” so Carrie would be my pick.
