The only King book I’ve read is 11/22/63……and it was absolutely amazing!

I didn’t like 11/22/63 at all. Misery, Cujo, Christine, The Shining. Loads of good ones.

I read 11/22/63 and loved it also because it wasn’t scary! Can anyone suggest one of his that’s not super nightmare scary?

11/22/63. I also recently read Full Dark, No Stars. It’s a collection of 4 short stories…I loved all four of them.

But mayb start with Misery or The Dead Zone or Bag of Bones
Needful Things, Pet Cemetery, actually any of his early works.
Always recommend Carrie. Stephen King can be a little wordy on some books so i do not know if all his books are “just can’t put it down” so Carrie would be my pick.

If you read The Shining follow it with Dr. Sleep. Loved it! But my favorite is The Dark Tower series!
