I think kim Harrison’s series has some snark like The Dresden Files.
I love the snark. Unfortunately, I have read and loved most if not all of Kim Harrison.

I like his short story collections – Dreams Underfoot and Moonlight & Vines come to mind.

Right?! I almost skipped it because I thought he was an irredeemable character but I should have know they could do it.

+1 for Alex Versus series. It’s similar in some ways to Dresden and both are great series.

I really enjoyed the Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Claire if you don’t mind YA.
Richard Kadrey’s Sandman Slim series and F. Paul Wilson’s Repairman Jack series. I keep dropping these titles and ya’ll are no doubt sick of it but I love them so much I will continue to recommend them when the question arises.
The Uglies series: Uglies, Pretties, Specials, Extras…by Scott Westerfeld maybe?
