Sydney, in the past it was easy to write him off as a horror hack, but he has honed his skill and is a master craftsman with such depth and experience that he deserves a re-evaluation. His stories provide much depth, detail, interest and real pleasure. It’s amazing to have spent a lifetime watching him continue to develop.
I really like it. It gets better, especially if you’ve read the Bill Hodges series
I was honestly not a huge fan of it. I’m glad I read it because I love Stephen King, but it was far from being one of my favorite of his books.
It’s an awesome book!
I enjoyed it a lot. Wait til you meet Lovie.
I read the book and loved it. It’s it the book or maybe the audio that makes you dislike it?
Maybe, it’s my first audiobook so potentially?
The narrator is a very well known and very loved audiobook narrator so…… just hang in there.
I’m also not a huge Stephen King fan but I’m trying to read more of his books to see if I’m missing out on anything

I read the book and thought it was one of his better “recent” books.
