I read it. I didn’t think it was as good as some of her others though. Love The Nightengale the most.

I read this book. I did not care for it. The writing is good. Just a total downer for me. It is not a biography, so all of the tragedies were unnecessary. Hard to complete.?

I just finished it and loved it. If you read the acknowledgements at the end, you will find out that the author and her parents lived in Alaska, which is why she has so much knowledge about it.
