I’ve been a member of BotM since the 80s. I get the best books from them. But even they do not top browsing a brick and mortar bookstore, preferably of the mom/pop variet.
I joined earlier this week based on a thread I came across in this group.

I did years ago but many times was disappointed in the book. I’m quite picky about books. I must get hooked early or I dump it.
I am! It got me out of my post-MFA reading slump. LOVED the first five I got, and then I haven’t been interested in the last three months. But you can just skip months, so it doesn’t really matter.

@Megan i got that one to. Normally i love all of Kristin Hannah’s books. I hope i am not disappointed.
I did like it. It just surprised me in the middle a bit. I wasn’t disappointed by the end. It just isn’t in my top 10 for sure.
