Ya it’s different, I think this version was more horror and the original was more as Sci-fi in my opinion

The original was made for tv so it was pg 13. This one is rated R. I think the downplayed penny wise though

I loved IT! I really want to read the book!

I really liked the movie. Richie and Eddie were hilarious!
