I’m going to read Bellman & Black soon. (Same author, completely different type of story, apparently)
@Tara…I am excited to read more of her books. This was the first one I had read. Have you read any others?
I haven’t. All I know of is 13th and Bellman. If I like Bellman, too, I’ll probably check to see if she has more.
I was getting excited about reading more but it does appear that these are the only two. The reviews I just read on Bellman and Black were not good, unfortunately. The reviews said for the most part how much they loved this book but were disappointed with Bellman and Black.
Well, they are supposedly two completely different genres… I could see people being pissed if they were expecting a second story along the same lines as 13th.
I already own a copy, so I’ll give it a try anyway.
I picked it up for cheap last year at the library sale.
That’s very true..especially if they were expecting it to be a similar type book. Let me know how you like it.

Without giving away the ending, it was shocking! I may have to go back sometime and re-read to see if I pick up on anything.
@Tracy I don’t recall the details, but I know I waited to get it from the library for a long time and devoured it.
@Barbara got it. I just happened to see it at the library and picked it up because the cover looked interesting, not knowing anything about it.
