What a dichotomy of beauty and brutality, sisterhood and sibling rivalry. I loved it…but wouldn’t recommend it to the faint of heart.

I call my doctor’s office the red tent because it’s all women. Whenever they do something to me, they cover me with a soft blanket, bring me something to drink and somebody holds my hand. Best healing experience.

Red Tent. One girl in one village is raped so immediately go to rapists village and KILL every man, woman and child. I prefer more logic.

But was unreadable to me. Completely inaccurate depiction of Jewish life, law and custom. No idea what Diamont’s agenda is. Too bad because real Jewish life is so rich and full and storytelling in truth is always so much more interesting!
