@Claire didnt feel anything for the characters. Which is unusual for me and wondered if it was just me ?

I’ve read most of her books but this isn’t one of her best
@Val was the first I’d read. It had some fab reviews so thought I’d give it a try
Her earlier ones are much better. Rubbernecker & The Beautiful Dead are really good

@Laura Just didn’t get what the suspense was ! Almost waiting for the book to get going and it was done
I loved it.
Initial hook was really good… but then the pace slowed, and slowed and slowed some more. Not Belinda’s best, plot-wise, but she’s a helluva writer. Has a unique voice.
First book by her that I’ve read, but found it very slow. I tired, but I could not get behind the characters. I will read her other books, but this one left me disappointed especially after all the reviews.
