The author does tend to dwell on a lot of things that could be dealt with once and forgotten. I felt the same as you for much of the book. But the ending was …. um…..surprising.

Never expected ending

I could see that, some dry spots but the ending was mind blowing! Love hearing everyone’s thoughts ?
