Love Stephen Booth’s books. Another author who I think it is best to read in order as he and his colleagues evolve. I think he does not get the recognition he deserves

Totally agree with you I think he crafts his characters really well. His choice of a Black Country character as a DS makes a welcome change….lol. Me being a Black Country lad!
