Plain Truth was awesome! My sister’s keeper is the number one WORST book I’ve ever read!

Plain Truth is also my favourite and Vanishing Acts my least favourite. But in general, I love them all ?

My Sister’s Keeper. It was the first of hers that I read and it slayed me.

Ohhh, I’ve read only 2, and vowed never to read her again, to me, she goes overboard with the dramatic worst case scenarios, it’s too much….for me.

Yeah I stopped reading her for a while after I found them all a bit samey, but 19 minutes and the storyteller didn’t seem as dramatic and LOVED them! If you ever feel like venturing back..!

Pamela

They r basically all the same arnt they lol

2
Bayard

It only took 2 for me to realize that.

1
Julia

Which 2 did you read? The Storyteller is definitely different to her others, in my opinion anyway!

1
Tami

Yeah I agree with you Julia !! Not at all liker her style it was amazing.

Julia

It was superbly written!

Bayard

The school shooting one and the sisters keeper, granted these were years ago, but they really put me off….just way over the top.

Tami

I completely see where you’re coming from but the storyteller won’t disappoint if you ever feel like reading it, you wouldn’t think it was her!

Julia

Nineteen Minutes? That was the hardest one of hers that I have read, I found it very upsetting, as those incidents happen all the time unfortunately.

Bayard

Tami, I will add it to my never ending to be read pile

My Sisters Keeper had the biggest punch in the gut – at the time…( but I read it years ago…’before’ half the world was talking about it). I was in a complete state of shock and numbness AT THE TIME…

After years of seeing the book -hearing conversations – then the movie..I finally was ready to move on.

I enjoyed The Storyteller, Telling Time, Nineteen Minutes.

The Pact, Plain Truth, Lone Wolf, and Leaving Time. The latter two because of the animals. She did an amazing amount of research on both books.
