Zora is my favorite DS book.
Bride Quartet by Nora Roberts.
Nora Roberts older books like Montana Sky are my favorites!!
Danielle Steel hasn’t written a book I didn’t like. Ive read over 40 of them. Nora Roberts is hit or miss for me
Lol. I’m exactly the same way but opposite! There’s not a Nora Roberts book I don’t Love, but Danielle Steele has too many for me that are similar that don’t do it for me. BUT, Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of both these ladies
@Donna, I agree a lot of DS are very similar, I haven’t read much by NR in years..I love her older ones..there was a series of 3 that was done in Ireland that were so good..Born in Ice, Born in Fire and another, they were my favorite.
I’m a big fan of Nora Roberts’ Irish trillogy.
My favorite Nora Roberts books are her In the Garden Trilogy

That was my first Danielle Steele book I read.
I have read a handful from both authors. I enjoy their books. Got some in my TBR list now. The Nora books that turned into Lifetime movies were ok. The best of the movies is Montana Sky.
I read all Danielle’s books I find them to be quick easy light reads, “Country” is my going favorite
Family album by Danielle steel was AMAZING!!!!
Zoya and Family Jewels are my my favorite DS, I think the cousins O Dwyer series is tied with the Bridal quartet

It was ok. I really loved her earlier work. The new stuff is an easy day read, usually predictable

My bad…it’s Mary Higgins Clark and her daughter Carol Higgins i think her name is…they have about 3-4 book series they do at Christmas…they are hilarious!

Danielle Steel I loved Prodigal Son, Against All Odds, The Right Time, His Bright Light (this is my all time fave book by her). For Nora, I loved The Obsession, The Liar.

I love every single Nora story I’ve read! Some of my top favorites are the Born In Trilogy, Chasing Smoke, The Cousins O’Dwyer Trilogy, and the Chesapeake Bay series…to name a few!

Fine Things, Thurston House, Palomino, and Kaleidoscope were my favorite Danielle Steel. I haven’t read her newer books. Nora Roberts writing is so eclectic. I read her thrillers now more than her romance but I loved several of her series.
DS is the WORST writer. Tried one book, got three short chapters in and have wondered for the rest of my life WHY she’s popular!!!

I love a lot of Nora Roberts’ stand alone books… I think Whiskey Beach is one of her best. As for her series books, the Chesapeake Bay series are some of my favorite books of all time! I’m a recent devotee of Danielle Steel’s and have read a lot of her books in a short period of time. I think my favorites are 44 Charles Street, The Cottage, and Southern Lights.

There was a time when I used to read lots of Danielle Steele, but after my obsession with crime thrillers started some 10-15 years ago I’ve not read any. The only other genre book I’d read in this time period would be Harry Potter. Recently, I decided that I’d read some other genre books also. I’ve added some Steele books to my list. Not read any Nora Roberts yet. Will have to add some of hers also to my list.
