It’s a much lighter read than some of his heavier tomes so if you’ve ever dived into those then you will see the difference and this one may not live up to some of his other drawn-out reads but that’s what makes it refreshing. It’s quick…and just the right about of intrigue. I read it years ago and still remember every part of that book.
I found it slow going, at first but it picks up and becomes very enjoyable. Happy reading.
I loved it! It is not really a horror story though, so if you want it for the pulp the cover indicated you won’t get it.
