I would recommend audio books. I walked and read as a kid. Not a good combination

I’ve tried. Repeatedly. I bounce to much to keep my eyes steady. There are videos on YouTube of people reading aloud though if you think you would space out too much without some visual.

I’ve done it, you have to go at a slow pace though. If you can find a treadmill with a stand, out your book on that and flip pages as you read so you’re not holding it

That’s what I planned to do or put my phone up there and read my Kindle

i’ve done it often on an elliptical with my kindle. i had to make the font very large so i didn’t get too dizzy from the movement and so i can actually get a workout in.

works better if you use an exercise bike or elliptical!

depends how fast you go – I have brought library books and read on treadmill just fine walking at a slower pace – definitely not running lol

I do audio books on the treadmill! I love it! It works way better than music for me.

I’d suggest an exercise bike or an elliptical if you want to read while exercising.
