I enjoyed the 2nd a million times more than the other two. I feel like ACOWAR was way longer than it needed to be.

Me too . . . I likes ACOMAF way better, only bc in my eyes there was more surprises and it left me at a cliffhanger, ready to see what hell Feyre was going to unleash ?

ACOMAF was my favourite, then ACOWAR with ACOTAR being my least favourite of the three.

I do wonder if I had had to wait for book 3 that I maybe would not have liked as much

I fild it’s very common with series: first okay and the rest is forced.

I think the second is the best so far with the build up, but the third isn’t bad for a 3rd book in the series, especially if it’s setting up a bigger world
