@Susan I’ve actually started re-reading it tonight as I’ve got Column of Fire on my kindle so I’m re-reading Pillars and then World without End as a refresher so I can finally read the last one of the trilogy x
It’s so good. I read it on my Kindle and I couldn’t figure out why it was taking me so long to read because I read pretty quickly. I then saw the physical copy and the lightbulb went off lol
I’m reading it at the moment. It’s a great feeling to be reading the work of a great writer, relishing the story and anticipating what lies ahead. I’m taking my time with this one.
This is one of my very favorite books!!!!! I’m not a huge SK fan but LOVE history. It’s long but so very worth it! Hulu did a mini series too. It was good. Very different but still good. ?
I’ve watched the mini series, but have yet to read the book, lots on my book shelf right now so not an imminent read, but hope to get around before the year is out.

Very slow to start but when it finally picks up its hard to put down.

I was expecting it to be more about JFK, but it’s more about time travel and being a stranger in a strange land, which is a theme I really like.
