Now! And only now!
I do not want to watch my children (that I actually do not wish to have at all) die from malnutrition/bubonic plague/polio or whathaveyou while I cannot vote and might not officially even have a soul.

I don’t like the country I am born into. Nigeria is more like a curse, making things difficult for the common man. People die of hunger and there is nothing you can do to help, because there is nothing you can do to help, because you don’t have enough to help yet our politicians and getting richer and richer. The whole thing is messed up, in this country.

20’s and 30’s. And a little of the 40’s. The dresses, make up and hair. The smoke. Big bands and jazz. Mafia and the mob, the films. Very sexy and dark to me. With the lounge bars and cigars. I love it.
