I’m looking for a great historical fiction that takes place in Ireland, or Scotland…any ideas?

Do you like Nora Roberts? I <3loved<3 her "Cousins O'Dwyer Trilogy", starting with "Dark Witch", and is set in Ireland (County Mayo, to be exact).

Well, wait ... ? to be honest, it starts out "historical" but most of it is more contemporary, however the premise of the story is based on historical legacy. The audio version is in dialect, which is wonderful, too.

Haven’t read this yet but that’s what its supposed to be.
