I second this.
Christine Freehan has a good one. They all have Dark in the title. They are all interrelated. Each book is about a different Carpathian male in the same area in the Carpathian Mountains. They are like vampires who have lifemates and read their partners minds.

I like these kinds of books too.. I liked the The Chronicles of Vladimir Todd, The Sliver Kiss, and Companions of the Night. Those are a couple I have read and enjoyed.

I loved Interview with the Vampire and The Vampire Lestat, but not so much on the rest of the series. The Ocean at the End of the Lane and The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman were also some of my favs.

@Jessica First time round paperback, but now I have a kindle because I have trouble reading the print in books, even with prescription glasses!
@Jackie, how do you like your kindle? I’m thinking about purchasing one this year but wasn’t sure considering I buy books all the time at Goodwill etc. $0.50 Paperbacks and $1.00 Hardcovers.

I read the True Blood series. Haven’t read the Vampire Diaries, my daughter did and loved them.
