Have you read The Hate U Give or On the Come Up? I finished the one and I’m in the middle of the other-both are fantastic!

Try Alan Brennert or Fiona Davis books. Both authors write historic fiction.

Baby Teeth for something a little crazy; You for something a little naughty; The Paragon Hotel for something a little historical; Tell the Wolves I’m Home for something absolutely perfect.

Ghosted by Rosie Walsh was legitimately the best book I read in 2018. It’s a romance (kind of) and a mystery (kind of) and just a really lovely story. I also really really loved The Knockoff by Lucy Sykes and Jo Piazza. It’s sort of a reverse “Devil Wears Prada” where the older seasoned editor is the heroine and the young gun is the antagonist. I’ve read it probably six or so times because I was so enchanted.

Have you read Never Never by James Patterson? Or the follow up Fifty Fifty? I’m a huge JP fan! I’m finishing up Fifty Fifty and I have loved the mini-series. I’m looking forward to the 3rd book.
