The All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness! Book 1 is called A Discovery Of Witches. It does have vampires, too. It’s my favourite EVER series. It’s getting another book in September, too! It’s more adult, too.
I SECOND THIS SO MUCH! Great books, well written, and it’s very centered on the magic and vampire aspects of the book rather than the romance.
I adore the romance so much, as well!

“Infinite Days” – Rebecca Maizel : Really emotional and well written. There’s some action, with magic too ?
“Vampire Academy” – Richelle Mead : Different type of vampires in it. Full of action, the main character is really nice. There’s romance too !
“The Morganville Vampires” series – Rachel Caine : You can’t be bored with this one, there’s always something happening ! You can find magic in it too :3
Oh and there’s also “Blood of Eden” from Julie Kagawa and “ Blue Bloods” series from Melissa de la Cruz ?
