I must admit… it’d be my own book. It represents so much. Between every line, my own personal story is told. An incredible amount of love, pain, anger, and happiness went into my first published story. If I was stranded with it, it’d probably keep me from going mad too soon. It’d remind me of who I am, what I’m capable of, and everyone who loves and supports me <3

That’s awesome. How long have you been writing?

I wrote my first creative piece in 1st grade. Ha! But the answer I think your looking for is, since September 2017. That’s when I decided to take myself seriously 🙂

@Adell nice, It’s funny that once you start writing, that you suddenly don’t feel quite right if you’re not writing.

I saw the preview to the movie recently right before I went to a thrift store book sale. I knew I wanted to read the book and then watch the movie because it grabbed my attention.

While I was browsing, I saw the book and I’m sure everyone there heard my excitement!

I just started reading it so I haven’t read the whole thing yet, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite book ever.

It’s written in the form of letter written back and forth between a writer and her publisher and others. She’s written by a guy in the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society because he has a copy of her first book.

I think it turns into a love story, but it’s also about books and a love of reading.
