I loved Pippi Longstocking as a kid and she still lives in my heart and mind 40 years later.

Evie from the Preminition series by Amy A.Bartol. She’s gorgeous, is a kick ass warrior, can do magic, has super speed and super strength, can heal herself, has the hottest friends and boyfriend, and is insanely clever.

As a child, I always wanted to be Scarlet O’Hara with her beautiful dresses and living in the South at Tara!! Especially if Clark Gable was Rhett!! That was my escape dream during the winter especially!! (I know cheesey, but See things different as an adult!)

Or Scout from To Kill a Mockingbird.

Scarlett O’Hara. I love everything about her. Although her ridiculous obsession with Ashley Wilkes drives me crazy, it makes for a great story!

@Kathleen I love that one and the blue dress in the lumber shop with Ashley. Absolutely the scandalous red dress from Melanie’s birthday! I fell in love with the book after seeing the movie just a few times as a pre-teen so the dresses were definitely a draw for me!
