I loved Pippi Longstocking as a kid and she still lives in my heart and mind 40 years later.
Evie from the Preminition series by Amy A.Bartol. She’s gorgeous, is a kick ass warrior, can do magic, has super speed and super strength, can heal herself, has the hottest friends and boyfriend, and is insanely clever.

@Kathleen I love that one and the blue dress in the lumber shop with Ashley. Absolutely the scandalous red dress from Melanie’s birthday! I fell in love with the book after seeing the movie just a few times as a pre-teen so the dresses were definitely a draw for me!
