I would really like a biracial actor to play Percy. I can’t think of any in the right age range though.
This kid is Filipino and black, but he’s so cute and I think he would make such a good Percy. It was hard to find a biracial actor who was the right age.

Cameron Boyce (he’s in my kid’s favorite show, Jesse) is another great biracial actor, but he has such light skin that I think it would benefit the movie more to have an actor with more melanin. Percy suffered from people judging him by his skin tone, and the actor should be believable as having that issue. And, the more Hollywood hires brown and black actors, the more we will all benefit!
I had no idea Cameron Boyce was biracial. Then again, who isn’t these days? Even I am multiracial.
I’m not.. My family is English, Irish, Scots and Welsh. Haha. 🙂 my step father is part native American, but only my brother got that beautiful tan skin. I’m nearly as freckled as this actor, and my son is ginger ^___^
