The first three Sword of Shannara books. I know there are a lot of them, but these are the only ones I have read so far.
It’s more sci- fantasy but Red Rising is absolutely EPIC.
If you like Urban Fantasy Romance Nalini Singh’s Archangels and Diana Marik’s Seven Deadly Veils series are pretty good. Love the action and suspense. And some very intense chemistry between characters.

Brandon Sanderson is my favorite fantasy author, though I recommend reading one of his standalones before jumping into his huge epic series. Warbreaker or Emperor’s Soul would he a great start.
