They can still be your favorites. They’re mine too.
Try A Song of Ice and Fire (starts with Game of Thrones), The Farseer Trilogy (starts with Assassin’s Apprentice), and all the Discworld books by Terry Pratchett (start with whichever one grabs your interest).

Definitely the Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb and Magician by Raymond E Feist they are both whole new worlds to escape in ??

Great choices! Although the last book in the trilogy isn’t finished yet, I can highly recommend The king killer chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss…..It’s awesome!

Percy Jackson and all of riordan mythology books are amazing. my favorites. Dresden files are great too. I third Narnia as well.

The Chronicles Of Narnia. Might seem childish for some but it’s one of my favorite fantasy books! I really wish I’m related to C. S. Lewis somehow!

Darker? Might want to try Neverwhere or The Ocean At The End of the Lane
The Graveyard Book
or any of Neil Gaiman’s short stories. ♥

The mind inside the President. Lots of crazy shit in there. Interesting read, sad and frustrating at times, but the dramatic end is good.

Those are my favorites but R.A. Salvatore wrote many series’ with the character Drizzt. Also Terry Goodkind, Robert Asprin, Terry Pratchet.
