I really liked the series. But the last few books were not very good in my opinion. Which still leaves like 10 really good books

I watched the tv show and enjoyed it (other than the obviously cut short ending). I am not normally a vampire stories type of person. I have debated about reading these. Let us know what you think.

Yes. They’re full of satire and wit. At first I was turned off because of the “romance” aspect, but theyre enjoyable reads.

They’re okay. Patricia Briggs’ Mercy Thompson series is better.

Don’t go off the tv series. They are complete opposites. Whereas the tv show is dark and overly sexed up the books are humorous and fun. All of them short mysteries. The longest is under 350 pages so they are pretty quick to read too.

I was so disappointed when the show just pretty much ignored book 4. That’s when I stopped watching. 🙁

Blahhhhhhh I have mixed feelings about this series I only made it through the first seven but I felt like you spent 80% of the book not excited and the last 20% was bam amazing! Enough to make you want to read the next one! Only to have to read another 80% of slownessss

I really enjoyed the series…TV seasons declined. But the books were just such easy reading, not the best writing for sure but books to read and not have to think about.
