I need your help: I have been in a reading slump and need some suggestions.

My fellow bibliophiles… I need your help: I have been in a reading slump and need some suggestions. I love historical fiction, paranormal, fantasy etc. I’ve read Laurell K Hamilton, Diana Gabaldon, Kim Harrison etc. I also loved Francine Rivers and the Poison Study series/ game of thrones. Just finished The Witcher books (loved them). Any suggestions would be great!

Have you read any of Elizabeth Hunter books? I love the Elemental World series and the new Elemental Mysteries. Her Cambio Springs series is good too. She is my favorite fantasy writer. And her books are very readable. Or listenable. The narrator on the Elemental World series is great. Or maybe Deborah Harkness “A Discovery of Witches” trilogy. It is a good mix of fantasy and historical fiction. –

@Angela I haven’t read Anita Blake but I seriously love Mercy Thompson. The series battles with The Hollows for favorite series.

I adored The Hollows series and was devastated when Harrison took away one of my favorite characters (I swear I went through at least three stages of grief). Very good.

@Angela I loved it too and I’m sure I know who you’re talking about. But I really like where the series ended up too
