Tish Thawer for witches of Blackbrook and Adriana Mather for Haunting the Deep

Discovery of witches (there are three books), Kelley Armstrong Woman of the Otherworld. There are a ton of paranormal characters and in books 2-4 (I think) there is a witch that is introduced and she does end getting her own book (I think book 3 and 4?). Overall, it is a decent read.

I just read 666 Park Avenue, it’s a series, but that’s the title of the first book. Rich witch family in New York.

I know this is really random, but the throne of Glass series has witches involved, but they are a secondary main character later on. Also idk if this is too obvious, but Harry Potter

It wasn’t mentioned so I figured why not.

Seconding Black Jewels, Witches of East End, Practical Magic, and Discovery of Witches, and I’ll add Paula Brackston’s books, possibly Beautiful Creatures…not sure if it counts as being a book about witches…Born Wicked, and Wicked.

A Discovery of Witches…I think is the first one. It’s the “All Soul’s Trilogy”.

Read and loved that series.

The main character is a witch, though there’s a bunch of other supernatural creatures running around. It’s urban fantasy and a favorite of mine. Brilliant little series.
