Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time, Stormlight Archive, Sevenwaters, Farseer Trilogy and related works (there are a lot), Discworld, Xanth… Umm…. Now I’m running low. But there are loads out there.
Wheel of time is good (but over 15 volumes) xanth and discworld also good (over 30 volumes each. If you want something more “adult”, try the First Law series by joe Abercrombie.

I would never recommend a book that I did not enjoy.
Very true
Oh. The Kingkiller Chronicles, and Lies of Locke Lamorra.
The Mists of Avalon… Kushiel’s Dart was pretty good too, though I haven’t read any but the first one.

A book to live in!

Morrigans cross trilogy by Nora Robert’s.
Anything by Juliet Marillier I have read book 1 and 2 of Sevenwaters. Also Heart’s Blood and the Blackthorn and Grimm trilogy are good.
I like Naomi Novik especially Spinning Silver by her.
Currently reading Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson and I’m really enjoying it.
The Farseer trilogy by Robin Hobb
And the Shades of Magic trilogy by VE Schwab
You might like the quirky mix of regular fiction and surrealism of Murakami.

Daughter Of The Forest by Julliet
I listed this series too.
I’ve REALLY enjoyed the first book.
Looking forward to the rest.
Marillier I think is the author’s name. An Irish take on the fairy tale with the 7 swans
I love the first one. Sorcha is one of my favorite fictional characters ever.
