Are all the books in a series?

Kat

Yes, and should be read in order because there are some details in the older books that build on the books after them. Though I don’t think it would mess you up too much to read them out of order.

Tess Gerritsen and Agatha Christie is always a good read. Also love Jussi Adler-Olsen (rep’ing Danish authors whenever I can ?)

Maybe also Jo Nesbø? Or Smilla’s Sense of Snow ?

Oh I have so many recs, but I’m sure you don’t want a whole novel of books ?

Have you read The Thruth about the Harry Quebert affair by Jöel Dicker? One of the best I’ve read in the last few years, if you’re not adverse to start a series, the Lincoln Rhyme series by Jeffery Deaver is very good

I googled it and it says it’s 7th in a series. Is it series or just the same protagonist with no link between stories?

0
Mari

Same protagonist with hardly any links. It references the first book once but it’s pretty self-explanatory, so it’s no big deal.
