I need recommendations for books for my dad. He enjoys adventure and thriller novels, generally with male main characters – he’s read a lot of Clive Cussler. I’d love any suggestions please!

@David already ordered? I have always liked Gregg Hurwitz, but I think he has outdone himself with this series. I do miss his Tim Rackley character though, I was sorry he gave that series up.

My dad has always enjoyed the Jack Reacher character in the series by Lee Childs. I can’t remember the name of any of the books. It was made into a movie with Tom Cruise, I know that ?

Alistair MacLean wrote spy novels and adventure novels way back when. He’s still a good read – The Guns of Navarone, Secret Ways Ice Staion Zebra. the Joe Ledger books by Jonathan Mayberry are good. Walks the sci-fi fantasy line but, uses science not magic. The Monster Hunter books by Larry Correia. I used to love Clive Cussler Novels.

Me again! This is about a Black ops. Very manly. I did love third, but I love clove cuddler books too. Not sci finish, which is not always appreciated by men who do not care for sci fi. I’d buy him his first one and send it if you’d like. Let me know! Jack Reacher books are good for men’s men to, but I like them too!?
