Didn’t finish it. I got halfway and gave up. He used so little dialogue. Just told us what characters were doing, but not saying. Pages and pages of scenes. Not my kind of reading.

Mickey Vessells I skipped whole chapters. Don’t need to know all details of Bataan Death March. I finished it just to see how it ended but I put this in the same category as The Stand by King which I just could not finish. I expect gore from King but not by Grisham.
@Robbie oh! I loved The Stand! Read it 3 times! ? It’s funny how some books do it and others don’t. But yes, agreed that this one did not make the grade.
