Dolores Claiborne is the only book i can think of lately that I finished in a day and couldn’t put down. If you’re looking for heart pounding action to keep you interested, I’d recommend anything James Patterson.

It took a few days to finish Dolores Claiborne, but I liked the theme of the story. Usually, I find it hard to process Stephen King’s narrative style.

Caraval by Stephanie Garber. One of our books this month, but I was totally wrapped up in it.

I know someone already recommended The Knowing, but that’s the one I would absolutely recommend! I downloaded it from Amazon on a Saturday afternoon and was done by Monday morning. I couldn’t put it down and got mad at my husband for asking me to lunch while I was reading!

What’s it about?

@Kaeleigh , it’s loosely based on a murder trial that I prosecuted while assigned as an Army lawyer in Panama in the 1980s. It’s about the trial and life in Panama at that time.. Please check it out. It’s on Amazon and Barnes and Noble and has received great reviews on Amazon.
