Me too, my son forwarded to me his e-book collection to my phone thru bluetooth.
I love it specially “TheComplete Sherlock Holmes.”
Holmes is spectacular❤
When I don’t bring books with me outside, I’d read on my phone. I use Wattpad. ?
Nice..and thanks ?
I read on my phone.its big n I can make screen larger and font larger.I use kindle app n wattpad

I am a tangible, paper sort of person. Must feel it and smell It! Tried the whole phone and kindle thing- can’t do it!
I still buy books .. and they are way different from e-books….and I love it..e-books are cheaper.
Oh no I can’t read books on the phone, only a real book…..
? I know…that smell of book.
I can’t. The screen hurts my eyes 🙁
Oops.
i read a lot on the phone :
!. because it’s cheaper
2. Because there are many amazing fantazy books in english that my country (Albania ) has not translated and since the shipping is so expensive i just read them as ebooks on my phone.
??
I never read on the phone. Well, not a book anyway.
Thanks
Screen is to small but I always have my Nook with me. Know lots of people that read on their phones and they love it.
??
Me sometimes..
Which app do you use
Moon+ reader, kindle app or Wattpad sometimes
Okay.
I’m thinking of it! I use my laptop more often for PDF books…
??
Oh man! It’s really awesome! It has some of my favorites of all times too! Pride and Prejudice. Thanks a trillion! 😉
I do read a lot on phone, i can’t afford to buy a book or sometimes i borrow from someone.
Good
I do too…
??
I have a Kindle but I don’t have any books on it because I hate reading on it ??
Haha ! That’s the most strangest answer I’ve received here.?
Is it a Paperwhite? I can’t read books on my Kindle Fire, but the Paperwhite is wonderful. I don’t read books on my phone, just the newspaper and articles. I read real books, too.
Overdrive and nook app. Some times audiobooks
Thanks
I have the Nook app and for audiobooks, use LibriVox
I am so attached to my Kindle and eBook on my phone that I have to regular put my phone on charger. Barely I gave my Kindle and phone to rest except while I m dead at night 😀
??? same here.
E reader’s are healthier for your eyes though
Yeah…planning to shift to one.
I read on my iPhone . Most books have print too small and hurts and strains my eyes.
I read on my phone with the Kindle app. I have never heard of yours.
i can read on my phone but prefer the real thing
I do too. But I download a lot of free books from all the different authors on Facebook. And now if I do read out of a book…I find I need a very bright light to read by. So not liking getting old.
I read mostly on my phone. Being a mother of two young children and owner of several pets, I don’t dare to take my books out. The books on my phone are numerous, available at all times and they don’t risk any damage.
Yeah…they are not prone to any damage
Oh me, me, I do! ☺ i still read paper books but just adore a lot of the fantasy books you can find online, I use the kindle app on my phone and have hundreds and hundreds of books on there. If I find a really good series I will buy paper copies to help support the authors.
Same here.
I still buy books , but now I am an out station employee so can’t buy too many books here….?
I just cannot read books on phone ??
U just can’t get the feeling u get while reading paperback ??
Haha…the aroma of books.❤
yeah …. ?
Kindle app and Juggernaut app
I see.?
i do.. i also use Aldiko app.. now that i’m a mother, its more convenient for me to read on my phone.. but back when i was still a maiden, im a paperback addict! Lol..
Everyone is a paperback addict…even I am.
No. I hate the screens – I use a Kindle Paperwhite, which I love. You can’t read or get everything on a Kindle, so I have plenty of the paper variety as well.
??
I read hardback, Paperback and also on my phone.
There is an app you can download for free through Google Play. It’s called Google Books and it’s great.
You can search for books and buy them really cheap to download to your phone. It doesn’t take up much space and you can also download free samples of the books you want so you can read the first few chapters before you buy the full book.
I read on aldiko and it’s good…there are some websites like “epub books” that I use to download the books…?
My 62 y.o. eyes would have trouble with that.
I read in my phone and regular books
I had the kindle app on my phone, but had to delete it due to no storage space. It was hard to delete it even though I have a kindle. lol
I’ve been looking for a good app for phone reads…that aren’t read out loud!
I use Aldiko by Adobe…it is good…then there are UB reader and Moonplus..
Thank you!!
@Amy ..you’re welcome.?
Never, hate reading books on electronic devices. Needs to be a real book for me.
I use #xodo_docs
I use google Play books and it’s much more convenient as I can read whenever wherever
Ebook reader is the best❤i use moon readers sometimes too
iBooks o/
I use aldiko on my phone and tablet. It’s my fave app.
me tooo I use this app and i enjoy reading on my phone . i’s true that no one could deny book is much better but aldiko is more usfull . i also use inkitt
I low key download illegal pdfs when I’m broke ?
I used to long long time ago but like paper better
I use nook app and kindle app on my phone
Phone tough for me. Use a Kindle or Paper White.
I read any and all formats: paper copies, Sony ebook reader, Kindle, Overdrive for library downloads, Ebook reader (for books from http://ebooks.com/), Google Playbooks, Kobo reader app, and Wattpad. Phew, I think that just about covers it. Most of the lattermost are on my phone, but my Kindle is a Fire HD, so several of those apps are on there too. Which one I choose to use often depends on where the book is from. Price is a determining factor as I resent paying several dollars more to download from one site than another, so I usually shop around. Of course the library downloads are free, so ….
And I’m sorry that link to ebooks popped up. I did not knowingly attach it. The link was generated by itself. Having said that, it is a good supplier although a little expensive at times. Buyer beware!
I can’t read digital. It’s just wrong lol. I love flipping the pages.
Fair enough. To me a story is a story (fiction or non-fiction) and the art of the author is in the words, not the format.
I really like the feel of the paper. I have read short stories on my phone but I won’t read novels.
Yes. I believe that time, effort and expense is put into the weight and colour of the paper used by the publishers when printing as it apparently has a different impact on the reader. So you’re not alone by a very long shot.
I’ve got quite a big phone and I have Kindle and Overdrive apps on it. I always have my phone with me so I always have books on it ? but I also read physical books and use my kindle too.
I own a Kobo, but have to use my phone to read anything I get from Kindle or Google play books. I wish there was an ereader that could be used for all of them, my eyes get tired from my phone
Yeah, a lot of the ebooks I get are only on Overdrive so I read them on Overdrive on my phone. Can really strain your eyes after awhile!
There is – the Kindle Fire HD. It has some capacity as a tablet aswell as being a Kindle, so you can download apps such as Overdrive, Kobo reader, Ebook reader, Aldiko, etc. I have one (the Kindle Fire HD) and I have been able to download all types of ebook formats with the exception of Nook.
My mom has one of those and loves it… but I love my Paperwhite <3
I got spoiled with reading on Kindle (which is also commercial free), so there’s no way you’ll see me reading on my phone – because of that and also because the phone battery would go bye-bye in a minute or so haha. 🙂
I read via my iPad (iBooks), it was a difficult transition, but can read late at night without waking hubby. And, not many good book options where I am, so purchasing online is more convenient for me. Still love paper though…
Amazon Kindle works for me. when I buy paper books friends disappears with them. My phone has largely become my friend as I can read anywhere anytime.
I used to read mostly on my kindle, but now with being able to get the audio companions for so many books I often read on my pad because then when I have to cook, drive, etc I can just switch over to audio until such time I can sit still and read again. It’s marvellous. And when the pad is flat I just pick up the phone or the kindle itself. Love the way I can chop and change and pick up exactly where I left off
I do the same!
I used to love Aldiko but I just found Moon Reader and it’s amazing.
Yeah…it is good
Same here man 😉
Aldiko ?
Sometimes I do, but I prefer an actual book in hand. I do seem to read through them faster when they’re digital though. Not sure why. But that’s a high point for me hecause I struggle with dyslexia, so am a slow reader.
Hi Mandy, my niece has dyslexia too, but apparently with some types of dyslexia they’ve found different colour glass helps to un-jumble the letters somehow. My niece found that yellow tinted glasses helped her tremendously.
I find it helps to listen to audio books and read along with the more difficult books. I’ll have to look into different colors though. Thanks!
