Yeah, I just thought it was okay. His parents were so exaggeratedly unbelievable. It made zero sense they would adopt and then act like that and the disbelief I felt ruined the story. And I didn’t get engaged with the rest of it…what did not work for you?

Extraordinarily written, but started a little slowly for me. Ended up really liking it a lot.

The first 200 pages were ok. The last 300 were extraordinary. Stick with it!
