I just read ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ by John Green. Its a super quick read, IMO, and highly recommended! What have you been reading?

Right now I’m reading “A Discovery of Witches” and I absolutely love it so far. If you liked Twilight, but would have been happy with a more independent Bella, a little more grown up Edward, and a more developed plot…definitely check it out!

Cried my eyes out during Fault. Discovery of Witches is a thousand times better than Twilight… The second book just exemplifies the study and time she put into the series. Deborah Harkness is the superior author by far…..

I have “A Discovery of Witches” on my Nook, I tried to read it, but didn’t get too far. I’ll give it a shot again!

FYI. I loved Twilight. Stephanie Meyer is a phenomenal storyteller.. .. but Deborah Harkness is an author and historian.. now let me get off my horse. I guess I feel a Lil passionate about this. Ha!

According to the website, Warner Brothers bought the rights to the films of the series. Let’s hope they actually make the movies…and soon!

I’m ready to start Melissa De La Cruz’s “Witches of East End” series, I didn’t realize that “A Discovery of Witches” was a series, I’ll have to look into getting the others!
