It’s a slightly cheesy ‘guilty pleasure’ read for me. I go back to it when I need a break from heavier stuff.

I really liked the first three. Wish I had stopped there. It could just be because I read all 5 in less than 3 days.

I loved them. Light and easy and not as dumb as I thought the premise would be before I read them. They were actually quite good.

I bought them all because it kept popping up all over. They were easy reads and good reads but I really felt the target for these books would be for a young teen girl. Hope you enjoy them!

I just finished that series (and the novellas) a few weeks ago! Easy, enjoyable reads. If you like those, her book The Siren is also pretty good!

Thank you all. I adore easy reads between other books and I usually reread something but my new years resolution was to tackle my in house TBR ? I guess it isn’t cheating if I buy a new one ??

I read the first one and hated it, I felt it was an unfortunate culimination of every ridiculous ya trope that was popular at the time. Additionally, I thought the author’s writing was painfully cliche and I didn’t find her characters very believable. Which is too bad because I thought the premise and setting was fun. My sister enjoyed them, I just couldn’t get into it. I hope you have a better experience than me!

I really liked them. It’s kind of like a dystopian version of the Bachelor. Super light and easy to read. Her book The Siren was also really good!

The first 3 books are cool, nevermind the 4th and 5th, it was their children’s story but it was nothing compared to their parent’s (and well, except for the fact that the previous generation made a great appearance, i regret reading it, the 4th and 5th book that is). Just prepare for some irritation on the process, i guess.

It was nice and fluffy at the beginning, then as it went on got a bit more serious. I enjoyed the story and coincidentally it’s not too graphic so my daughter could read it as well

It is kind of my guilty pleasure books. I know they are pretty cliche and honestly not that great, but I enjoy them.
