I just got Bird Box and The Snowman from the library. Has anyone read these at all?

Loved Bird Box. I really didn’t think it was scary. More suspense. It kept me reading for sure
I’m assuming The Snowman by Nesbo? If so both are more suspense, less horror
I LOVED Bird Box so much that i read it at home alone on my day off, and i cant watch/read scary stuff alone! it’s definitely more suspense
Great thank you all!!
Ooh, I like a good suspense! Adding it to tbr
Bird box is phenomenal! Suspense definitely! You’ll love it!
Bird Box is definitely one you will read in a day if you have the time. Well written and makes you think long after the book is done.
Nesbo is a great writer!! I’ve loved all his books. Fun to find goos suspense combined with good writing.
I read Snowman because I missed the movie. It made me think of Criminal Minds.
Yes. Bird Box is VERY suspenseful, but I wouldn’t call it horror.
And I liked it!
I read Bird Box, was anticipating scary….not so much. 3stars for me
bird box was super good! kept me thinking and still does
I’m only on page 6 and can already tell its a page turner
@Lauren i remember i finished it in a day and picked it out of the library because of the cover! i love it sm
All Nesbo’s books are great, I am reading “the son” right now
Jo Nesbo is the best. Most of the Scandinavian and European authors are spectacular. There is nothing formulaic in their plots, but they are pretty dark. Arnaldur Indriadson, an Icelandic author was the first one i read….he got me hooked and I expanded my sights to other country’s authors.
I love Bird Box and Jo Nesbo. Bird Box is very creepy and Jo Nesbo is very dark…neither for the faint of heart.
