I’ve gotten about 100 pages into Winter but then I heard Fairest has more of her backstory so I figured I should read it first

Isnt Fairest just about the queen?

It’s about the queen but I think there’s a lot of Winter’s backstory too

@Tricia I heard some girls while I was a the bookstore the other day talking about it and they were like “I feel bad for her, it makes sense why she was so cruel,” I was like there is no Excuse!!!!! (of course i was evesdropping and no i didn’t say that to them)

@Maggie I’m always more invested in the main characters. For me it’s interesting to find out a “motive” for why the villain is the way they are but I don’t need a whole book dedicated to the “bad guy”. I wasn’t actually crazy about Winter and her journey at all. Scarlett was my favorite.

I think I’m going to too! I’ve already ready about 100 pages in Winter but Fairest is short so I’ll just come back to it
