The Sookie Stackhouse books (Trueblood) focus on vampires, at least at the start.
My favorite is Morganville vampires by Rachel Caine. I got my mom and even my grandma and most of my friends into the books. It’s a great series.

The coldest girl in cold town by Holly black!!! So amazing!!! Shadow falls series by c c hunter. Very good about all kinds of paranormals and there is a side series focusing all on the main vampire character.

I highly recommend going straight to vampire academy when you’re going through a twilight hangover, it’ll be EXACTLY what you want but not TOO similar ☺️

These start of okay but they get very samey. Like the plot is just repeating for the sake of a longer series. True Blood, the TV show based on these books is soooooo much better!!

Teresa Medeiros books Lords of Midnight are good.
It’s not Vampires but The Lux series by Jenifer L Armentrout reminded me of the Twilight books but with more humour.
