High five!!! ?♀️ biggest page count I have done was this year as well at 1008 pages and that was only because I had the paperback copy of Styxx by Sherrilyn Kenyon. How did you like it?
Evan Quade The first time i read it, I had to have a talk with my mom about not introducing me to anymore of her favorite authors but it ate at me until i read it again.
I’ve read it every year since 1989. It was the first king book I ever read and now have all his books and have read every one of them but I like to go back ever year and read the book that got me hooked .
I started it 3 times and finished it once! And that was through pure determination and gritted teeth! I normally love Stephen King, he’s written some of my absolute favourites over the years, but I gotta say on the whole that book was not for this guy! I felt like I’d survived a mugging at the end of it and had the physical and emotional scars to prove it! Then you hear he was high while writing most of it and I’m like “really…….err, I’d never have guessed?! ?”
How inspiring…my goal is to finish it by the end if the year lol. I have been reading on it since last October haha. (I have taken many breaks and read many other books since I started it).
Kudos! I started the 45 hour long audiobook earlier this year but I kind of hate audiobooks so I got about 13ish hours in on my library loan. Finally came across a physical copy for cheap so I’m going to try to power through it soon.
Congratulations to you! That’s amazing! Don’t see myself reading IT unless I’m out of books to read ??which probably won’t happen soon? How was the book??
I’ve been reading that since January. I was going so slow on it. Months later I finally motivated this. Something I need to improve with big books like these next time.
Now that I read all 1156 pages I’m in the point of collapsing from bookish burnout ?? Take that Stephen.

Intimidating, creepy, yet incredible. Stephen King really went overboard with this one.
You are a trooper! I refuse to read that book! ?
A surviving trooper lol.
I’ve read it 7 times lol
Shut the hell up ? Never again for me with that one.
@Evan oh come on, it’s not that bad ?

When I finished it I slammed it shut and yelled GETOUTTAMYHOUSE! Lmao
@Tyler Yeeeah, i was a bored person growing up lol I’ve had the book for 12 years, it was bound to be read more than once

That’s a real challenge acheived, Evan .. congratulations!!

I still need to read it. How was it ?
Tried to read it twice but every time some other book wins my attention but someday I will read it
I loved it -except that one out of place scene towards the end-
How many pages @Evan?
Lol
Wow!! Congrats ? I gave up after about a third. Will definitely try again. I will beat it one day!!! ?
It was a struggle for me to finish too
I absolutely loved it
Great job Evan!!!

The good thing with finishing a long book is if your next read is like 500 pages you’re happy because it’s “just” 500 ?

I just started it yesterday
Took me a week second time reading IT!!
Congratulations to you! That’s amazing! Don’t see myself reading IT unless I’m out of books to read ??which probably won’t happen soon? How was the book??
I have the audio so let’s see how that goes
OMG !!! Many congratulations ! I was actually contemplating starting it but its a daunting read !!
The ending traumatized me. #arachnaphobe
I enjoyed it when I read it. I would read it again.
I almost bought that at Barnes and Noble the other day. It’s so heavy!
Hey guys, I’m watching the IT movie! ???
I have seen the remake. I have seen the original too before I ever read it. Now that I actually read it, now I can understand the movie better.
Yes, Derry. Which luckily is not a real place.
You are amazing. That book is like running 26.1 miles

@Evan you still did great ❤️❤️?
Only book that ever kept me up at night
Going to be rereading It for Halloween, so wish me luck
Congratulations! I read that book when my son was 9. He’s 37 now.
Exactly how I felt too!!!
