I really liked the book. The Netflix series is awful – they have made it much too sensational and the ending is horrific. As a secondary school librarian, it has appalled me. Unfortunately, a lot of our pupils have watched this, eventhough it is rated 18. Stick with the book.

The series is different from the book. As always the book is better. I watched episode one with my bf and told him to turn it off I was so mad.

Beautifully written book. Jay Asher has done a wonderful job.
I haven’t read the book, but I’ve watched the series.. It was serious stuff??
