The 100-year-old man who climbed out the window and disappeared by Jonas Jonasson. Laugh-out-loud funny but serious enough topic to generate discussion.

Debbie McComber’s Christmas series book. They are about three angels coming down to help people and they get into so much trouble. Hallmark is doing Christmas once a week still so why not do Christmas in August. People don’t have time to read at Christmas so they can do it in August where they can sit back and enjoy it more.

Bossypants… Tina Fey… actually it is best as an audiobook because Tina Fey is the reader so she not only reads the book but when she references some character she’s played she goes into those voices.. it’s really hilarious!!!

RomComs and ChickLit don’t usually make the cut. 99 Percent Mine, however, defied its genre and landed a coveted place on my 5 Star Book Club list.
