The Giver by Lois Lowry. I used to read it every few months until my copy fell apart after 10 years. I just recently purchased a new copy and look forward to rereading again. So probably 20 or more.
That a funny thing – I used to love The Stand (Stephen King” and probably reread it 5 times over the years but the last time I reached for it I couldn’t find it so I got it on my Kindle. Apparently Mr King had rewritten parts of the book – aarrggghhh – and not for the better.
I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite but I enjoy it very much & often read Roll of Thunder, Hear my Cry by Mildred D. Taylor w/ my sixth graders. I must have read this historical novel at least 8 times.

My the most favorite book is “Three men in a boat, say nothing of the dog”. I have red it several dozen of times. Still makes me laugh hysterically
