Coffee is a constant in my world. I’ve become so dependent on it, I get screaming headaches if I go very long without a cup.

Goodness me I would have no idea! I fill the vacuum flask and keep the teacup filled. When the flask is empty I fill it again….only problem is I often pour the tea and the book gets exciting and yep…the tea goes cold cos I forget to drink it! Same happens when I write… Can get lost and forget I poured the tea. Its a crime and I am guilty!!

I usually find a slightly flat pint glass of Pepsi Max at stages during my reading times, I forget it’s there so it sits for ages.

I don’t generally read until afternoon or evening, and my two cups of coffee are drunk first thing in the morning. I don’t like to eat or drink while I’m writing, though I often drink water, especially while reading.
