I take my Kindle, so I don’t have to choose.
I have 2 loaded on my Kindle.
I’ve just come back from a weeks holiday and took 4.
I have about 20 on my Kindle but I read 3 in a week.
I’m taking 3 for two weeks.
1 with kids and lots more without ?.

Depends what type of holiday it is… I don’t do the relaxing pool/beach holidays, mine are always cities so I usually just take one or two as the only time I’ll be reading is travelling
I used to take 8 before I got my Kindle x
Last time I went on a week holiday it was about 600
But on my kindle lol

Just load my kindle.
7 for a week 12 for 2 weeks plus kindle back up.
I take 2. Usually finish one and start the other. Depends what kind of holiday it is x

I used to pack loads in the pre-kindle days. Maybe a few less if with Eurocamp or similar as they always had ones to swap in their mobile.

I went to Saville for 3 and a half days and only took one book. Read in the airport and on the plane. Forgot about the seista time!! Was finished after the first day and a half ? I had to borrow a book from the hotel!
For a week I’d take 1 or 2 max. Depends on the holiday I guess, I’ll read lay by the pool or on the beach but there’s so much going on I wouldn’t read more than that. Don’t think I’ve read a full book on a weeks holiday!
That being said, a Kindle is perfect for when you’re going away. Less space & as many books as you want just in case!
I take the kindle, fully loaded. However, I took a series of 8 books on honeymoon. In my defence, it was a ling haul flight ?
You shouldn’t have had any time to read on honeymoon!!!!!

In the pre Kindle days I would reckon on 10 books a week. Now, thanks to my trusty Kindle I take LOADS. However many books you decide on have a splendid holiday. XX

My kindle so as many as I can. I can read about 9/10 books in a fortnight
Ive just spent 9 days at an all inclusive resort (with our 5 kids) and read almost 3. All on my kindle though! So much easier than taking books!

Take 1 in hand luggage,2 in suitcase.Most hotels abroad have a book swop there. ??

I have only got through 1 and a half on our week’s holiday but then I have a seven year old who keeps me busy. I used to go through about 4 or 5 on holidays pre child x

If I’m on the beach or by the pool with no kids then about 3 or 4 a week .
With the kids probably only 2.
This holiday… camping around Europe on my own with 4kids and driving 200-500 miles every 2 to 3 days… 6 days in and only on my first book?
But hey having fun and making memories ?…all good!

Depends if going to parents holiday home or others houses then 2-3 if on holiday then 2 and buy 2 to take at airport. Also rotate if travelling with other readers.
